- Data regarding any declared disabilities that may affect the ability of the participant to box.
- Reports from England Boxing approved Doctors.

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for Club membership
We use the information that you have given us to: -
- Keep you informed of activities within the club.
- Ensure relevant consent has been obtained.
- Ensure boxers are up to date with relevant medical and administration policies as per England Boxing Guidelines

How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored.
Paper records are securely stored until digital copies have been made. Paper records no longer required are then shredded.
Digital copies are stored using Drop Box which has built in security measures for the protection of your data.
We keep paper records (which cannot be digitalised) and digital records for the duration you are a member of the club + 3 years. We will then dispose of your information by shredding paper records and deleting digital records.
