St Mary's has gained two national NABGC junior champions this past weekend in both Malcom Bello & Jaylen Howell, Malcom joined us back in August from Whitehaven in Cumbria and has developed incredibly well and showing very good signs of a top heavyweight, boxing 3 times in the last 4 weeks making it 5 fights 4 wins and 1x national champion for us

 

Jaylen continues he’s incredible run of form by winning the national junior NABGC beating a top kid from the purge boxing academy to become 2 x national champion, no rest for Jaylen as he heads into a bout with another national champion on the 9th December 2023.

 

Both lads now have their eyes set on the national youths championship title which starts 2nd week in January 2024. 

 

In other news well done to both Remel Hamilton and George Spackman for picking up their wins in London making it 4/4 for the team on Sunday 🥊
