Busy 48 hrs in community for St Marys..

First we were at Rochester castle on Friday 26th July for Medway sports annual Medway Mile event. We had coaches from the club helping out at the urban boxing arena,which was set up inside the grounds of Rochester castle.

Our coaches where on hand to show what a great platform boxing can provide for young people in our community.

On Saturday 27th July a fun day was held for the people of Luton and Wayfield, which attracted well over 1000 visitors.The summer sizzler was held at Barnfield Recreation Ground, Wayfield, to give residents a chance to enjoy the community occasion - and raise awareness about the services available to them.

St marys boxers and coaches provided boxing exhibitions throughout the day, allowing people of all ages to try boxing taster sessions. Old and young left smiling, raising awareness of the benefits of amateur boxing in the community.
