Another successful weekend

Clare Gillham won against her opponent  B. Connellan (Hamer,manchester) when the Manchester girl was withdrawn by her corner after taking alot of punches and being knocked down in a torrid first round. Jacey Birch was looking for revenge after she was controversially outpointed in jnr aba final by M.Ansell (clearys). Birch outworked her opponent who came back well in the last,but by then the Gillingham based Birch had banked enough points to gain her revenge. 13 year old Frazer Wheatley won his first bout against a very awkward opponent on his own show on the fight for peace show earlier in the day. Wheatleys cleaner work and defences won against the unorthodox east london opponent. on friday 25th nov 11 year old  tyrone clarke won his first bout on the dsgenham abc show. 14 year old George Dawson also won on the same bill and 10 year old george Evans boxed well in a skills bout
